Do you have children who love to color and be creative? Well if you do, I highly recommend making a trip to the Crayola Factory in Easton, Pennsylvania. My son and his cousins had such a great time here! They were able to create sculptures with the modeling materials, draw with chalk on the Chalk Walk and of course there were several opportunities to complete color and painting projects. There were several exhibits, but the Crayola experience was our favorite because we were able to see how they make crayons. The Crayola Factory is a perfect place for you and your kids to unleash their artistic side and the best part is you don’t have to clean up!
In addition to being a great family experience, the admission is reasonable at $9.75. Included in the fee is the National Canal Museum, which is in the same building on the third floor. My son liked the water table.
If you have read any of my previous posts, I am sure you realized I am a big fan of unique, educational and affordable activities for families. If you find yourself near the Lehigh Valley region in Pennsylvania, I highly recommend paying the Crayola Factory a visit. I promise you won’t hear “I am bored” once! Happy creating!
